Last Tuesday, December 4th, 2012 our students in Year 12 - currently involved in our European class or Bachibac section - took part in a day-trip to Geneva in order to discover the Palais des Nations and other strategic UN offices. We enjoyed a highly informative visit. We were all grateful to our guide for his excellent introduction to the history, spirit and role of these leading world institutions. ​

    After a quick lunch at the picnic area in the Ariana Museum, we visited the UNHCR headoffices and had a walk through the City Botanical Gardens and along the shores of the lake Leman.

  

    Everyone agreed that we spent a nice day together in a good-natured atmosphere. See you then again for another tour!​
